CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE FIRST AMENDED
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH SAN
MATEO COUNTY REGARDING HOUSING AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT APPLICATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that a Cooperation Agreement between the County of San Mateo, a
political subdiVision of the State of California, and' the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, having been entered into on January 22,
1975, which the parties thereto, now desire to amend~ the Council does hereby
authorize the City Manager to execute said First Amended Cooperation Agree-
ment on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a reg,,?~ meeting held on the 2nd day of April
1975, by the following vote:
