A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK TENNIS COURTS AND BASKET-
BALL COURTS RESURFACING AND NET POSTS AND TIE
DOWN INSTALLATION,BURI BURI PARK TENNIS COURT
RESURFACING AND BRENTWOOD PARK TENNIS COURT
RESURFACING. (PROJECT NO. PR-74-10)
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and .pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined, and
declared on the 6th day of May , 1976 , for
ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK TENNIS COURTS AND BASKETBALL COURTS RESURFACING AND
NET POSTS AND TIE DOWN INSTALLATION, BURI BURI PARK TENNIS COURT RESUR-
FACING AND BRENTWOOD PARK TENNIS COURT RESURFACING,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except -that hereinaf'ter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby
authorized to make and enter into a written contract with said
successful bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corpo-
rate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of May ,
19 75 , by the following vote:
