CITY COUNCIL,CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SECOND AMENDED COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO--HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that execution of the Second Amended Cooperation Agreement dated May 15,
1975, between the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State
of California, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
is hereby approved, and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
execute said First Amended Cooperation Agreement on behalf of the City,
and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a~
~adjourned meeting held on the 8th. day of May ,1975,
