A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
'FOR ANTI-SIPHON DEVICE - CIVIC CENTER
( PROJECT NO. PB-74-4 )
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:'
WHEREAS, pursuant 'to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined, and
declared on the 8th day of May , 19 75 , for
ANTI-SIPHON DEVICE - CIVIC CENTER.
NOW, TIIEREf'ORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. Tl~at said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter menL-ior~ed, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Munkdale Brothers, Inc.
Burlincame , CA
f o r t h e b i d p r i c e o f SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED ;ND SIXTY FOUR DOLLARS
($ 7,964.00 ).
2. That tl]e City Manager of said City is hereby
authorized to make and enter into a written co~tract with said
successful bidder a]~d the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corpo-
rate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 4th day of June ,
19 75 , by the following vote:
