A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM UNITED COLD STORAGE, A CALIFORNIA
CORPORATION (INTERSECTION OF EAST
GRAND AVENUE AND ROEBLING ROAD).
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. The corporation grant deed executed by United Cold Storage, a
California corporation, on the 4th day of June , 1975 ,
conveying to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, the
property therein described, a copy of which grant deed is attached hereto
as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth
verbatim, is hereby accepted.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record or cause
recordation of said corporation grant deed in the official records of the
County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of June
1975 , by the following vote:

October 25, 1966 and recorded on November l, 1966 in Volume 5233, Official Records
of San Mateo ConntY, at page 475 (6698-AA) said portion of said Parcels One and
Two being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southwesterly corner of said Parcel One, said POINT OF
BEGINNING being distant along the northerly right of way line of East Grand Avenue
North 89 degrees 52' 30" East 43.18 feet from its intersection with the centerline
of Roebling Road, as said streetsand right of way line are shown on that certain map
entitlted "MILLAND TRACT, CITY OF SOUTff SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORN~",
which map w~s recorded on June 4, 1958 in Volume ~8 of Maps at 'page 50, Records of
San Mateo County; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the southerly line of
said Parcel One North 89 degrees 52' 30" East 15.14 feet to a point of cusD; thence
tangent to the preceding course northwesterly and northerly along the arc of.a curve
to the right having a radius of 12.00'feet and a central angle of 123 degrees 30'
an arc distance of 25.87 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of said Parcel T~o;
said northwesterly line also being the southeasterly right of way line of said
Roebling Road; thence alongsaid northwesterly line tangent to the preceding curve
South 33 degrees 22' 42" West ll.77-feet to the most westerly corner of said Parcel
