CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF
CITY-WIDE BUS SYSTEM
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined, and declared on the
28th day of A~ril, 1975, for
OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF CITY-WIDE BUS SYSTEM
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Servicar of Northern California, Inc., for the bid price
of $8.75 per bus operating hour, $8.75 per maintenance hour,
and $15.00 per shop hour, as described in the'Contract Speci-
fications.
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby
authorized to make and enter into a written contract with
said successful bidder and the City Clerk of said City is
hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of June
1975 , by the following vote:
