RESOLUTION NO. 71 -75
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING REASSESSMENT
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that
WHEREAS, a supplemental assessment and diagram were made and
filed with the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco pursuant
to Resolution No. 228-74, A Resolution of Intention to Levy Supple-
mental Assessment, adopted by this Council on December 4, 1974, and
said supplemental assessment was confirmed by said council on January
-- 15, 1975 and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets
of this City on January 16, 1975; and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of this Council, the supplemental assess-
ments designated Diagram and Assessment Nos. S-1 to S-27, inclusive,
are void and unenforceable and not effective through the curative
provisions in relation thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Louis A. Arata, Millbrae,
California, be, and he is hereby instructed to prepare a reassessment
as to said parcels, by assessing upon and against each of said parcels
of land the benefits derived and to be derived by said parcels from
the work and the deficit in the costs, expenses and damages of said
acquisitions and improvements, estimated as of the date of filing the
supplemental assessment in the office of the Superintendent of Streets
of this City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of June
19 75 , by the following vote:
