RESOLUTION NO. 73 -75
A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON REASSESSMENT AND PROVIDING NOTICE
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT REASSESSMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Directing Reassessment, adopted
by this Council on June 4 , 1975, the Engineer of Work of this
City has filed, or is about to file with this Council a reassessment,
together with a diagram thereto attached, of all of the p~arcels for-
merly assessed under Resolution No. 228-74, a Resolution of Intention
to Levy Supplemental Assessment, adopted December 4, 1974;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Wednesday, the 2nd day
of July , 1975, at the hour of 7'30 o'clock P.M., in the West
Orange Avenue Library Auditorium, So. San Francisc%CA be, and the same
are hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing said reassessment
before this Council.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk shall advertise the
time and place of such hearing before this Council by publishing a
notice thereof once a week for two weeks in the Enterprise-Journal, a
newspaper published and circulated in this City and hereby designated
for that purpose, and by posting a notice thereof on or near the
Council Chamber door, the first publication to be had at least 20 days
prior to said hearing date, and said posting to be completed at least
5 days prior to the hearing fixed herein.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk shall also mail notice

of said hearing, postage prepaid, to all persons owning real proPerty
proposed to be reassessed, whose names appear on the last equalized
· assessment roll or as known to the Clerk, said mailing to be at least
15 days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at 'a regular meeting held this 4th day of June
1975, by the following vote:
