CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RESCISSION
OF A CONTRACT FOR A GRANT TO ACQUIRE
AND/OR DEVELOP LAND FOR OPEN SPACE
PURPOSES--PROJECT NO. 0S-CA-09-39-1145
(SIGN'HILL DEVELOPMENT GRANT)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, after
duly considering the recommendation contained in the Staff Report dated
June 18, 1975, Subject: Sign Hill Grant, desires to reject the grant
provided for in the contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Develop-
ment dated January 7, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. By the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The City Council does hereby authorize a rescission of the
contract between the City of South San Francisco and the United States of
America Department of Housing and Urban Development, for Project No.
OS-CA-09-39-1145 dated January 7, 1974;
2. The City Council does further authorize the City Manager to
execute any and all documents and take any and all actions necessary to
effect said rescission and rejection of said grant.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced, and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 18th day of Jun~ ,
