A RESOLUTION OFAWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR LOCAL AGENCY TOPICS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN ~RANCISCO - PROJECT
NO. TR-74-2
that:
RESDLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publiclY opened, examined and declared on the .4th day of
June , ] 975, for
LOCAL AGENCY TOPICS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO - PROJECT NO. TR-74-2
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all .of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Rosendin Electric
San Jose,CA .
for the bid price of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWR. NTY ONE DOLLARS
AND SEVENTY CENTS
($ 158,222.70 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
