RESOLUTION NO. 94 -75
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT REASSESSMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that
1. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to call 'for bids
for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution
No. 71-75, A Resolution Directing Reassessment, adopted June 4, 1975,
to represen% unpaid reassessments in proceedings conducted by this
Council pursuant to Resolution No. 228-74, A Resolution of Intention to
Levy Supplemental Assessment, adopted December 4, 1974.
2. Notice thereof, in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones,
Morton & Lynch, shall be given by said law firm causing copies thereof
to be mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested in the
purchase of such bonds at least ten days before the date of sale of
said bonds.
3. The City of South San Francisco will furnish the legal opinion
of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly
approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of Jul~ ~
