CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING COMPENSATION
AND OTHER BENEFITS FOR THE CITY CLERK
AND HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS FOR
THE CITY COUNCIL (7/1/75 - 6/30/78)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. City Clerk.
The compensation and other benefits for the City Clerk shall
be the same as provided in the Memorandum of Understanding, Unit No. i -
Management, July 1, 1975, to June 30, 1978, approved by Resolution 85-75,
passed June 30, 1975, except Paragraph 13 thereof. In addition, for the
purposes of applying Paragraph 2A and all other paragraphs of said Memo-
randum of Understanding, the City Clerk shall be deemed a department head.
2. City Council.
The members of the City Council shall be entitled to the
following insurance benefits:
(a) The insurance plans provided in Paragraphs 8(a) and 8(b) of
said Memorandum of Understanding.
(b) The life insurance plan provided in Paragraph 8(c) of
said Memorandum of Understanding except that the amount
thereof shall be $5,000.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held on the 8th day of July
