CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL
SEWER RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR 1975-76
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 396, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 396, as amended, sewer
rentals and charges are required to be assessed on the City tax rolls
and collected with the regular municipal taxes, and
WHEREAS, the written report charging each parcel with the
sewer rentals and charges has been duly filed with the City Clerk and
required published notices of hearing on said reports have been made,
and
WHEREAS, Amendment 1-75 has been filed with the City Clerk in
accordance with determinations made by the Director of Public Services
pursuant to Section 3.4 of Ordinance No. 396, as amended, and
WHEREAS, hearing was duly held on the 16th day of July, 1975,
at 7:30 p.m. by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco in
regular session, and protest has not been made by owners of a majority
of the separate parcels of property described in said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The amendments to the sewer rentals and charges for 1975-76
contained in Amendment No. 1-75, dated July 15, 1975, are hereby
approved and the sewer rentals and charges for the respective parcels
and categories hereinafter set forth shall be revised in accordance
therewi th:

2. The sewer-rentals and charges filed with the City Clerk contained
in the "Report of Sewer Rental Charges for 1975-76 in AJcordance with Ordi-
nance No..896, as Amended"., and submitted by the Director of Administrative
Services on June 2'7, 1975, as revised pursuant to paragraph "1" hereof, are
hereby adopted and Said rentals and charges as so revised shall be assessed
on the. City taxrolls and collected with the regular municipal taxes, and
, said rentals and charges as so revised shall as set forth in Ordinance No.396,

as amended, constitu.te a lien upon the respective parcels of real property in
the City of South San Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause a copy of
this Resolution to be published Within fifteen (15) days after passage, in the

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at

REPORT OF SEWER RENTAL
CHARGES FOR 1975-76 IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE
NO. 396, AS AMENDED
In accordance with Ordinance No. 396, as amended, the following
report has been prepared describing the parcels of real property receiving
directly the benefit of municipal sanitary sewer services and the amount
of the annual charge or rental to be imposed against each such parcel
for the fiscal year 1975-76. The report is in two parts, the first
part consisting of a summary, and the second part consisting of sewer
rental account file in which a card for each parcel is maintained with
the posted rental or charge for 1975-76.

2. Sewer Rental AcCount File. This report refers to and
incorporates by reference the sewer rental account file maintained
in the office of the Director of Administrative Services, which
contains a separate account card describing each parcel of real
property receiving directly the benefi.t of municipal sanitary sewer
service and the amount of the annual charge or rental imposed against
each such parcel for the fiscal year 1975-76. The, said file and cards
therein are maintained in duplicate and upon approval of this report by
the City Council the duplicate set will be filed with the County Tax
Collector or Auditor together with a copy of this report bearing the
Clerk's endorsement that the report has been adopted by the City
