CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION IN HONOR 0F JUDGE FRANK B. BLUM
WHEREAS, the Honorable Frank B. Blum, Judge of the Superior
Court of the State of California, County of San Mateo, will
retire on August 2, 1975' after eighteen years of honorable
and dedicated service, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
desires to express appreciation to Judge Blum for his services.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco does hereby express to the Honorable
Frank B. Blum sincere appreciation for his contribution to the
judicial system of the State of California and the welfare of
the County of San Mateo.
Approved by the Mayor July 16 , 1975.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
16th day of July , 1975 , by the following
vote:
