A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES BROCHURE AND NEWSLETTER
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 29th day of
_ July , 19..7..5, for
QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES BROCHURE AND NEWSLETTER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bi ds except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Rapid Printers and Lithographers Inc.
25377 Huntwood Avenue
Hayward , California
for the bid price of One Hundred Fifty-four Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($154.
per 'thousand for 24 page brochure; One Hundred NinetY-four Dollars and. Thirteen
Cents ($194.13) per 'thousand 'for' 32 page brochure;' and Four Dollars ($4.00) per
halftone. ' '
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and'affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 6th day of__ August
