RESOLUTION NO. 117 -75
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT REASSESSMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant ~to Resolution No. '71-75, A Resolution
Directing Reassessment, adopted by said Council on June 4, 1975,
and its Resolution calling for bids on the sale of improvement
bonds pursuant thereto, adopted on July 2, 1975, notice of said~
sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for re-
ceiving bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids have
been received and publicly, opened, examined and declared by this
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered
sold to
Birr, Wilson & Co., Inc.
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be sub-
ject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice
of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2 That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed
to Have said bonds printed, and that the same be immediately signed,
sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount there-
for and upon the performance of the conditions contained in said
written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same
is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
6th day of Auqust , 1975, by the following vote'
