SIDEWALK REPAIRS
Public 'Hearing -- Sidewalk Repairs.
Staff Report, dated July 16, 1975, reco~ending Council
review the report from the Director of Public Services on
the cost of repair of the sidewalks, open a public hearing
to hear all protests and adopt a resolution confirming
this report and confirming assessment against real property.
Mayor Battaglia declared the public hearing opened asking
if there were any protests. No protests having been
registered Mayor Battaglia declared the public hearing
closed. Councilman Steinkamp then introduced a resolution
entitled: A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING REPORT OF DIRECTOR OF
PUBLIC SERVICES AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT AGAINST REAL
PROPERTY.
Roll Call Vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Richard A.
Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri and Warren
Steinkamp. Noes, Councilman Leo Padreddii. Absent, none.
Councilman Padreddii and Mirri at this time each qualified
why they voted as they had.
