CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975-76.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of SouTh
San FPaneisco that:
1. The C~uncil does hemeby fix the Pate of taxes fop
the fiscal yeaP 1975-76 at ONE DOLLAR AND NO CENTS
($ 1.00 ) upon each One HundPed DollaPs ($100.00) of
assessed value of all pPopePty enumePated and assessed as
being in the City including Teal, pePsonal, mixed and otheP
pPopePty of whateveP natuPe taxable by said City.
2. The City Clerk shall foPwaPd a eePtified copy of
this Resolution to the County AuditoP so that he may compute
and enteP in the assessment book the tax Fate of
ONE DOLLAR AND NO CENTS ($ 1.00 ) pep One
HundPed DollaPs ($100.00) assessed value on the pPopePty
enumePated and assessed as being in said City~ including
Peals pePsonal~ mixed and otheP p~opePty of whateveP natuPe
taxable by said City.
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as pPovided
by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 20th day of August ,
19 75 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri,
and Warren Steinkamp
