A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975-76 -
STONEGATE RIDGE PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE.IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that'
.1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1975 -76 for the Stonegate Ridge Parks
and Parkways Maintenance District
at ONE DOLLARAND SEVENTY CENTS ($1.70 )
upon each One hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all z~-~.
property enumerated and assessed as being in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute and
enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
ONE DOLLARANDSEVENTY CENTS ($ 1.70 ) per One hundred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated and assessed
as being in said~ Stone,ate Ridge Parks and
Parkways Maintenance District .
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
