A RESOLUTION FIXING THE'TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975- ?6-
WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE. DISTRICT
BE.IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco tha't'
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 197S - 7..6. for the West Park Parks and
~l~Parkways Maintenance District
at ONE DOLLAR AND SIXTY CENTS ($ 1.60 )
upon each One hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all
property enumerated and assessed as being in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that Re may compute and
enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
ONE DOLLAR AND SIXTY CENTS ($ 1.60 ) per One hundred Dollars

($100.00) assessed value on the proper-ty enumerated and assessed
as being in said West Park Parks and Parkways MaintenaCe District
by law.
The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
