CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975-76 -
WEST PARK 3 PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE.IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1975 -76 for the'West Park 3 Parks and
Parkways Maintenance District
at ONE DOLLAR AND SIXTY CENTS ($ 1.60 )
upon each One hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all ~..%-
property enumerated and assessed as being in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute and
enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
ONE DOLLAR AND SIXTY CENTS ($ 1.60 ) per One hundred Dollars
($100.00),assessed value on the property enumerated and assessed ~
as being in said~ West Park 3 Parks and Parkways
Maintenance District .
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
