A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 197~ ?6 -
WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE.IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of' South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes for
the fiscal year 1975 -?6 for the Willow Gardens Parks
,,
and Parkways Maintenance District
at ONE DOLLAR AND SEVENTY CENTS ($ 1.70 )
upon each One hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all
property enumerated and assessed as being in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may compute and
enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
ONE DOLLARAND SEVENTY CENTS ($ 1.70 ) per One hundred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated and assessed

Maintenance District .
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
