A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEHENT
PROVIDING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES IN THE
COLMA CREEK FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT - CHESTNUT AVENUE
BOX CULVERT AND TWELVE-MILE CREEK CONFLUENCE.

Francisco that:
1. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Agreement Providing for

Chestnut Avenue Box Culvert and Twelve-Mile Creek Confluence" between the
City of South San.Francisco and the San Mateo County Flood COntrol District

2. The Mayor is hereby authorized 'tO exeCute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
