HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 139-1975 RESOLUTION NO. 139-75 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT DEED FROM CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY--REALIGNMENT OF OLD MISSION ROAD BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran- cisco, that the Corporation Grant Deed dated August 11, 1975, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" which conveys to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, the parcel therein described, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said Corporation Grant Deed in the official records of the County of San Mateo. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of Semte,~er , 1975, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A.
