A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CORPORATION
QUITCLAIM DEED FROM UTAH INTERNATIONAL
INC -- OAK AVENUE - '

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that the Corporation Quitclaim Deed executed by Utah International
Inc., a Delaware Corporation, .and formerly known as Utah Construction
& Mining Co~, conveying to the City of South San'Francisco, a municipal
corporation, the parcel described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
by this reference incorporated herein as if set forth verbatim, is
hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of said Corporation Quitclaim deed in the official records
of the County of San Ma teo.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, at.a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of
Septembez , 1975, by the following vote:

The land herein referred to is situated in the
State of California, County of San Mateo, City
of South San Francisco, and is described as follows:
BEGIHNING at the most Westerly corner of the lands conveyed to Allan A.
Sebanc, et ux, by that certain Deed reco'rded February 8, 1974 in Book
6549 of Official Records at page 559 (File No. 14266-AI{), Re'cords of
San Marco County, California, said point of beginning also being the
intersection of the Northeasterly line of Mission Road (66 feet wide)
with the Southeasterly line of Oak Avenue (80 feet wide); thence from
said point of beginning along said Southeasterly line of Oak Avenue,
North 53° 15' East 557 feet, more or less, to the intersection thereof
with the Northeast .line of %ands described as Parcel Five in that certain
Deed to California .Water' Service Company a corporation, recorde'd July 17,
1931 in' BO'ok 528 of Official Records at page ].95 (File'No. 88815-B), Rec-
ords of oan Marco County, Calif'ornia; thence leaVing said Southeasterly
line of Oak Avenue and crossing said avenue, alonK the ]'~orthwesterly
prolongation of said Northeast line of lands of California Water Service
Company, described as Parcel Five in said Deed (88815-B), North 36° 48'
West 80 feet, more or less, to a point in the Northwesterly line of said
Oak Avenue, said point also being on the Southeasterly line of the lands
-conveyed by Deed to Denis T. Murphy, et Ux, recorded on APril 5, 1963
in Book 4429 of Official Records at page 96 (File No. 79036-V), Records
of San Marco County, California; thence along said Sout'heasterly line of
the lands of Murphy and the Southwesterly prolongation thereof, South
53° 15' West to the most Easterly corner of the lands described in Deed
of Dedication to the City of South San Francisco, recorded December 19,
1955 in Book 2937 of Official Records at .page 556 (File Ho. 14053-N),
.'Records of San Marco County, California; thence along the Southeasterly
line of the aforesaid lands described in Deed of Dedication (14053-N)
South 53° 15' West 21.02 feet to the most Southerly corner thereof',
said point alSo being on the Northeast line of Mission Road, first above
mentioned; thence along said Northeast line of Mission Road, .Southeast
80 feet, more or 'less to the point of beginning.
