A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1975-76 SEAL COATING PROGRA~.~
(PROJECT NO. ST-7521)
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 27th day of
August , 1~5, for
1975-76 SEAL COATING PROGRAM
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals, or
bids ex. cept that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Granite Ro~k Company
San .Jose, CA
for the bid price of Contract A in the amount of $11,597.82 and Contract B
in the amount of $_4,169.60.
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify, that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
