CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
0-3, 1975-76 OPERATING BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that, after duly considering the staff report dated
September 17, 1975, subject, "Appropriation for Pathway Lighting-
West Park 1 and 2," which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, the
Council does hereby order that the sum of Thirteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($13,500) be transferred from the reserves of
Fund 25 to Account No. 23-4509-471-76.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the 17th
day of September , 1975, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J.
Mirri, Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp

RECOMMENDATION
The City Council approve the atta'ched reSolUtion, as prepared by the
City Attorney,' appropr'iati.n§ $13,'500 for' the. installation of pathway
li§htin§ in corrtnon §reen areas of West Park 1 and 2, under terms of
the bid approved by Council July 16th.
DISCUSSION-
The installation of additional pathway lighting has been approved by
Council in the prior fiscal year, however, since the contract was not
awarded until this fiscal year, the prior appropriation had lapsed
and, throu§h an oversight, was not re-budgeted. Since Council has approved
the project,-it-is in order to appropriate the necessary funds by reducing
the Reserves' Fund 25 and appropriating them to Account No. 23-4509-471-7'6.'
