A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR ONE (1) 20 MILE RADAR FOR
RESCUE BOAT

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 7th day of
Ootober , 19.75, for
ONE (1) 20 MILE RADAR FOR RESCUE BOAT
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Redi-Marine Electronic Co.
South San Francisco, CA
for the bid price of FOUR THOUSAND TWENTY TWO DOLLARS AND SEVENTY CENTS
($ ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted'by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
