CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION VACATING A TEN-FOOT STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT, LOT 5 OF BLOCK 1, CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3. that: BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco WHEREAS, a storm drainage easement was dedicated to the City of South San Francisco over Lot 5 of Block 1, as shown on that certain map entitled 'Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit 3, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," filed for record on March 24, 1972, in Volume 74 of Maps at pages 41 to 45 inclusive, San Mateo County Records, and WHEREAS, the storm drainage easement, as hereinafter described, has not been used for the purposes for which it was dedicated or acquired, nor in fact was said portion of the easement ever used after said dedication and is not presently nor will said portion of the easement be necessary for public purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. The storm drainage easement which is described as follows be vacated and abandoned: An easement for storm drainage purposes situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, being that certain 10 foot wide easement desig- nated "10' S.D.E.", and shown in Lot 5 of Block I of that certain map entitled, "CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT NO. 3, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", filed for record on March 24, 1972 in Volume 74 of Maps at Pages 41 to 45 inclusive, San Mateo County Records; the centerline of said easement being more par- ticularly described as follows: le BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of said Lot 5 distant thereon S 30°28'28'' W 17.02 feet from the most easterly corner of said Lot 5; thence from said Point of Beginning S 65o28'28'' W 375.00 feet to the southwesterly centerline terminus of said easement. 2. Said vacation and abandonment shall not release, vacate or abandon any other easements granted or in use. 3. The Council finds and determines that the proposed street vacation is of a minor nature and, therefore, reference of said matter to the Planning Commission is not required. 4. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution and Order, attested under the seal of said City, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the 15th day of October 19 75 , by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A.
