RESOLVED by tile City Council o'F the City of South San Francisco,
California, as follows'
1. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Street Vacation Act of
1941 (Streets and Highways Code Section 8300, et seq.).
2. Notice is hereby given that wednesc~a~ , 'the 5t'~ day of
Noven~ber , 1975, at. 7'30 p.m., which time is not less. i~han fifteen
(15) days from the date of passage of'this Resolution, in the l'-iest Orange

Avenue, South San Francisco, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place

posed vacation of a street and highway easement over a 60' x 90' parcel ow, ned

by the Housin§ Authority of the City of South San Francisco
as hereinafter described, ~nay appear before said Council and be heard.
3. Not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing date, a copy of
this Resolution shall-be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a news-~.
paper of general Circulation printed and puolisn~d in said City in the man-
ner prescribed by law for publishing ordinances in said City.

least ten (10) days before the date set for the hearing and not less than

5. The public interest and convenience require, and it is the inten-
tion of this Council to vacate a street and highway easement over a 60' x 90'
Parcel owned by the Housing Authority of the City of South San Francisco,
as shown on the map entitled lands of Housing Authority of South San Francisco,
which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and which is more particu-
larly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and same further requires the
reservation of an easement for street and highway purposes and appdrtenances
over and through said parcel as granted by an Indenture between the Housing
Authority of the City of South.Sa. nFrancisCo, a public corporation, and the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporat~ion, dated April 5, 1954, and
recorded April 12, 1954, in Book 2565 of Official Records, at Page 364 (File
No. 48939-L), Records of San Mateo County, California.
6. A copy of this Resolution shall be submitted to the Planning Commis-
sion of the City of South San Francisco for a report and recommendation in
accordance with the Government Code of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
'duced and adopted by the. City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of october

at page ~24,' Records of San Mateo County California, distant thereon
~orth 63o. 37~ East.230 feet from the most Southerly corner thereof;
and running thence North 26o 23' west a distance of 90 feet.
RESERVING THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING:
A right of way for public street and highway purposes and appurtenances
over and through, said parcel' as gr.anted by an Indenture between the
H6using Authority of the'City of South San Francisco, a public corpora-
tion, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
dated April 5, 1954, and recorded April 12, 1954, in Book 2565 of
