CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANT OF
EASEMENT TO PACIFIC GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY (SPRUCE AVENUE
AT PROPOSED CORPORATION YARD SITE).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of'South San Francisco
that the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a grant of easement to Pacific Gas and Electric
Company, a California corporation, in the form set forth in Exhibit A
attached hereto, and the City Clerk is authorized .to attest his signa-
ture thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a re~7ar meeting held on the 75th day of ootober
19 75, by the following vote'
