CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA TO PERFORM COMPUTER SERVICES
AS PART OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO HOUSING SURVEYS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that execution of the contract for services between the University of Cali-
fornia and the City of South San FranCisco, a municipal corporation, a copy
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby authorized, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute said contract to execute said contract
for services on behalf of the City for an amount not to exceed $2200, and
the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a

~This Letter of Agreement Form supersedes all previous formats. The
primary difference is inclusion of the current reference to the 7.8%
University differential that should be reflected on all Letters of
Agreement and Purchase Orders.
