A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR RENTAL OF DRAGLINE EQUIPMENT-
1975-FOR DREDGI.NG SAND' FROM COLMA
CREEK AND TRIBUTARIES-PROJECT NO.

that:
RESOLVED' by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 9ta day of
October ~ 1975, for~ Rental of Dragline Equipment- 1975-
For Dredging Sand from Colma Creek and Tributaries - Project No. SD-75-1;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1~ lhat said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or-
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make'
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his. signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
