CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
O- 5 , 1975-76 OPERATING BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the' City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that, after duly considering the staff report dated
November 5, 1975 , subject Street Resurfacing Contract
with Lowrie Paving , which is attached hereto as Exhibit A,
the Council does hereby order that the sum of Eighty-five Thousand
Five Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($85,525.00 ) be trans-
ferred from Unallocated Gas Tax 2107 Funds
to Account No. 12-4328-265-52 .
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Counci.1. of_ the City of South
San Francisco at a reg,,lar meeting held on the
