A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR 1975-76 WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM-
PROJECT NO. ST-75-3

RESOLVED by the City Council of the' City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 3rd day of
September , 197,.5, for
1975'~76 WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM - PROJECT NO. ST-75-3
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council doJs hereby reject all of said' proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Chemical Weed and Pest Control
Redwood City, CA
for the bid price-of TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY FOUR DOLLARS
($ oo ).
2. That the Ci.ty Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful' bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
