CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO--
RESURFACING OF HILLSIDE BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Execution of the Agreement between the County of San Mateo,
a political subdivision of the State of California, and the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, providing for the
resurfacing of Hillside Boulevard, County Road No. 2C, and incorpor-
ating in said work the resurfacing of that portion of Hillside Boule-
vard which is maintained by the City of South SanFrancisco, is hereby
authorized.
2. The Ma~lor i S hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of South
San Francisco, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, at a regular meeting held on the 5tn day of
November , 1975, by the following vote'

Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp
