A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT.
FOR ONE (1) TOTAL ORGANIC
CARBON ANALYZER
that'
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 28th day of
October , 1975~ for
ONE (1) TOTAL ORGANIG CARBON ANALYZER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Dohrmann Division of Envirotech
Santa Clara, CA
for the bid price of SZGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRL~D FORTY S~'V~'N DOLLARS aND FIFTY C~'NTS
($ ~,~.so ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
