CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF UTILITIES AGREEMENT NO. 486.10.2,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA AND THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council, having considered the recommenda-
tion contained in the staff report dated October 15, 1975, subject
"Agreement with State of California to Relocate Existing Fire Hydrant
on South Airport Boulevard," and Utilities Agreement No. 486.10.2
between the Department of Transportation of the State of California
and the City of South San Francisco, does hereby authorize execution
of said agreement by the City Manager of the City of South.San
Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a recF~lar meeting held on the 19th day of
November , 19 75, by the following vote:
