A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE

WITHIN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL
PARK llNITg 1 ANn.?A.
RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the City of South San Francisco,
California, as follows:
1. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Street-VacatiOn Act of
1941 (Streets and Highways Code Section 8300, et seq.).
2. Notice is hereby given that Wednesday , the 17th day of
December , 1975, at 7:30 p.m., which time is not less than fifteen
(15) days from the date of passage of this Resolution, in the West Orange
Avenue Library (in the room referred to as the Auditorium), 840 WeSt Orange
Avenue, South San Francisco, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place
when and where all persons interested in, or having objections to, the pro-
posed vacation of a service road adjacent to Colma Creek within South San
Francisco Industrial Park Units I and 2A
as hereinafter described, may appear before said Council and be heard.
3. Not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing date, a copy of
this Resolution shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a news-.
paper of general circulation printed and published in said City in the man-
.ner prescribed by law for publishing ordinances in said City.
4. Notices of the vacation, stating the passage of the Resolution of
Intention and the time and place of hearing shall be posted conspicuously
along the line of the street, or part thereof, proposed to be vacated at

least ten (10) days before the date set for the hearing and not less than
three (3) notices shall be posted.
5. The public interest and convenience require, and it is the inten-
tion of this Council to vacate a service road adjacent to Colma Creek within
South San Francisco Industrial Park Units i and 2A as shown on the maps
entitled South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit i and South-San Francisco
Industrial Park Unit 2A, which are on file in the office of the City Clerk,
and which are more particularly descrbied in Exhibit A attached hereto.
6. The public interest, convenience and necessity require the reserva-
tion of easements and rights-of-way described in Exhibit B attached hereto
and by this reference incorporated herein as if set forth verbatim. This
vacation proceeding shall be taken subject to such reservations and exceptions.
7. A copy of this Resolution shall be submitted to the Planning Com-
mission of the citY of South San Francisco for a report and recommendation
in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of November
19 75 , by the following vote:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE ROAD TO BE VACATED:
1. All of those two certain strips of land designated as "Service Road"
as said strips of land lie within, and are shown on that certain sub-
division map entitled "South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No. 1,
South San Francisco, San Mateo CountY, California," filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on
September 14, 1956, in Book 46 of Maps at pages 5 to 7.
2. All that certain 50' wide strip of land designated as "50' Service Road,"
as said strip of land lies within and is shown on that certain sub-
division map entitled "South San Francisco Industrial Park Un, No. 2A,
South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on
August 22, 1958, in Book 49 of Maps at pages 38 and 39.

RESERVATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS-
1. Sanitary Sewer Easement. That certain 20' wide sanitary sewer easement
designated as "20' Sanitary Sewer Easement" as said strip of land lies
within, and is shown on that certain subdivision map entitled, "South
San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No. 1, South San Francisco, San Mateo
County, California," filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Mateo County, State of California, on September 14, 1956, in Book 56
of Maps at pages 5 to 7.
2. Existing sewer.easement'as disclosed by Notice of Completion executed
by South San Francisco Land and Improvement Co., a corporation, dated
February 28, 1929, recorded March 2, 1929, File Number 29323-B, Book
401 of Official Records at page 234, Records of San Mateo County.
