CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE
OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE PUBLIC
SAFETY FACILITY SITE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that'
1. The City Council authorizes the issuance of a revocable
permit for the public safety facility site on the terms and conditions
set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto which is by this reference
incorporated herein as if set forth verbatim.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authoriized to execute
said revocable permit and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that-the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of
November , 1975, by the following vote'
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, Terry J. Mirri, Leo Padreddii
and Warren Steinkamp
NOES, None
ABSENT, " F. Frank Mammini
