CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
DEPARTMENT OF NAVIGATION AND OCEAN
DEVELOPMENT--OYSTER POINT MARINA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the'City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The City Council authorizes the execution of the Agreement
dated September 8, 1975, between the State Department of Navigation and
Ocean Development and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, a copy of which Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and by this reference incorporated herein as if set forth verbatim.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of
November , 1975, by the following vote:
