CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH CABOT, CABOT AND FORBES CALIFORNIA
PROPERTIES INC. -- BCDC PERMIT NO. 18-74, AS
AMENDED (PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENTS)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that-
1. The Council authorizes execution of that certain Easement
Agreement dated October 31, 1975, by and between Cabot, Cabot and
Forbes California Properties,Inc., a Delaware Corporation, and the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation of the State
of California, a copy of which Easement Agreement is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
2. The Council authorizes the Mayor to execute said Easement
Agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and the City
Clerk to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, at an adjourned regular meeting held on the
25th day of November , 1975, by the following vote'
