CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
FROM CABOT, CABOT AND FORBES CALIFORNIA
PROPERTIES INC. (ACCESS EASEMENT PURSUANT
TO BCDC PERMIT NO. 18-74)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The Council accepts s-at~ Grant of Easement dated October
31, 1975, set forth in an Agreement of said date between Cabot,
Cabot and Forbes California Properties Inc., a Delaware Corporation,
and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation of the
State of California, a copy which Grant of Easement is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
2. The Council -authorizes the Mayor to execute sa}d .A~gre,ement on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and authorizes the City
Clerk to attest his signature thereto.
3. The Council authorizes the City Clerk to record or cause
recordation of said Grant of Easement in the official records of
the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at ~journed regula~eeting held on the 25th day of
November , 1975, by the following vote'
