CITY.COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUIION AUIHORIZING ACCEPIANCE OF A
GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM CABOT, CABOT &
FORBES CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES INC., A
DELAWARE CORPORATION (INGRESS AND EGRESS
EASEMENT PURSUANT TO BCDC PERMIT N0'18-74)
BE II RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The City Council accepts the Grant of Easement set forth
in the Agreement dated October 31,1975, between Cabot, Cabot and
Forbes California Properties, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, and the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation of the State
of California, a copy of which Grant of Easement is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
2. The Council authorizes the Mayor to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and authorizes the
City Clerk to attest his signature thereto.
3. The Council authorizes the City Clerk to record or cause
recordation of said Grant of Easement in the official records of the
County of San Mateo.
