CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH' SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A LICENSE
FROM CABOT, CABOT AND FORBES CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES,
INC. (ACCESS LICENSE PURSUANT TO BCDC PERMIT N0.18-74)

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the 'City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The City Council accepts the License granted in the
Agreement dated October 31, 1975, between Cabot, Cabot and Forbes
California Properties, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, and the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation of the State '
of California, a copy of which License is attached hereto as Exhibit
"A".
2. The City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and authorizes
the City Clerk to attest his signature thereto.
3. The Council authorizes the City Clerk to record or cause
recordation of said Agreement in the official records of .the County
of San Ma teo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at an ediouzmed re~uZ~ meeting held on the _~
