CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE PROTESTANT
EPISCOPAL BISHOP OF CALIFORNIA -
TAYLOR DRIVE'.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that :
1. Execution of the license agreement dated November 25,
1975, by and between the Protestant Episcopal Bishop of California,
a corporation sole, and the City of South San Francisco, California,
a municipal corporation, on the terms and conditions therein con-
tained, is hereby authorized.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
said license agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco
and the City Attorney is authorized to approve said license agree-
'ment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 25th
day of November , 19 75 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Batiaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri,
Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp
