CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CANCELLATION OF
TERMINATION PROCEDURES PREVIOUSLY AUTHOR-
IZED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that'
1. The Council hereby-requests the Social Security Division of
the Public Employees Retirement System to cancel termination procedures
previously authorized by Resolution~No. 6200, adopted November 12, 1973,
titled' A Resolution Requesting Termination of the Social Security (Old-
Age, Survivors, 6isability, and Health Insurance) Agreement Between the
City of South San Francisco and the State of California".
2. The Council further requests that the Social Security Division
of the Public Employees Retirement System withdraw the State's Notice of
Termination filed with the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare prior
to the effective date of such termination.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
an adjourned regularmeeting held on the 5th day of December ,
1975, by the fo]lowing vote'
