RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and Published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 2nd day' of

ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK SOFTBALL FIELD BLEACHERS
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, _
