CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
AN AGREEMENT EXTENDING FOR ONE YEAR THE
JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT FOR
THE POLICE DETENTION FACILITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. The Council authorizes the execution of an Agreement extend-
ing for one (1) year the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement with the
Cities of Daly City, Pacifica, San Bruno and South San Francisco,
entitled "Agreement for Prearraignment Custody of Prisoners", dated the
15th day of November,1974.
2. The Council authorizes the Mayor to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and City clerk attest his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of _December
1975, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri, Leo Padreddii
and Warren Steinkamp
