CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE PORTION OF COLMA
CREEK WITHIN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNITS I AND 2A.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that: ~
1. Execution of a quitclaim deed to the County of San Mateo and/or the
San Mateo County Flood Control District for the portions of Colma Creek
described in Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby authorized.
2. The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem are authorized to execute and acknowledge
said quitclaim deed on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of December ,
19 75 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN F. Frank Mammini, Terry J. Mirri, Leo Padreddii and
Warren Steinkamp

All that certain real property situate in the City of South San Fr'ancisco,
County of San Mateo, .described as follows'
Parcel I' All 'of that certain 100 foot wide strip of land designated' as "Colma
Creek," as said strip of land lies within and is shown on that certain
subdivision map entitled "Sout~h San Fra. ncisco'Industrial Park Unit 2A,
South San Francisco, San Mateo County, 'Cal ifornia ," fi led in the office
of the Cou.nty Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on
August 22, 1958, in Book 49 of Maps at pages 38 and 39.
Parcel II:- All of i~hose two ce.rtain strips of land designated as "Colma Creek,"
as said strips of land lie within, and are shown on that certain
subdivision map entitled "South SQn Francisco Industrial Park Unit
No. 1, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California, filed in
the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of
~alifornia, in September 14, 1956, in Book 46 of Maps at pages
5to7.
EXCEPTING. AND RESERVING THEREFROM
1. Sanitary SewerEasement. __That certain 20'. wide sanitary sewer easement
designated-as "20' Sanitary Sewer Easement" as said.strip of land lies
within, and is shown on that certain subdivision map entitled, "South
San Francisco Industrial .Park Unit No,· 1, South San Francisco, San Mateo
County~ California~" filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Mateo County, State .of California, on September 14, 1956, in Book 56 of
Maps at pages 5 to 7.
2. Existing sewer easement as disclosed by Notice of Completion executed by
South San Francisco Land and Improvement Co., a corporation, dated
February 28, 1929, recorded March 2, 1929, File Number 29323-B, Book 401
of Official Records at page 234, Records'of San Mateo County.
